Refund policy

If you request a refund you are entitled to do so up to 14 days after purchase of the prints or cards from my store, and I offer a no quibble returns policy.

Please send an email to lateefa@lightseeds.co.uk and return your print(s) along with any limited edition certificates (if applicable) to the Print Space studio here:

Or send your greetings cards to: Light Seed Prints, Old Plawhatch Farm, Plawhatch Lane, Sharpthorne, RH19 4JL

If a print or card is damaged, or the order is in some way defective - we will send a replacement print free of charge.

If you have changed your mind and do not want the card or print anymore, then you will be refunded the full price paid for the print but not the cost of the return postage.

Once the print or card has been received and inspected at the Print Space studio or at Light Seed Prints studio, I will email you with confirmation of the refund amount to you.
